SHIPPING:
Standard-shipped retail orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 7-10 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. If you need your item sooner please choose the expedited shipping listed at check out. We make every effort to ship quickly, but if your item is time sensitive, please let us know.

Priority: 2-3 Business Days (U.S. only, excluding processing time)
Express: 1-2 Business Days (U.S. only)

RETURNS:

Returns of merchandise are accepted in original packaging, in sellable condition within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days we are not able to accept returns. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping fees. Custom items are not returnable.

Please let us know about any damaged goods within 2 days of receipt. After this time we are not able to offer replacements.

Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except in the case where there is a defect or quality issue with the product, in which case we'll make it right and will either ship a replacement or issue a refund.
